Moo’s Clues: The Recipe Rescue

Something strange happened on the farm today… our barnyard friends were getting ready for their big ice cream party, but oh no! The recipe has disappeared! All that’s left behind is a trail of scattered ingredients. Looks like someone’s been snooping around…Could it be Sprinkle, the goat who LOVES sweet treats? No one’s quite sure.

Now it’s up to you, our clever farm detectives, to solve the mystery! Visit each different location across the farm, and one of our friendly farm animals will be there to help you find the ingredients for the recipe!
Can you gather all five ingredients for the recipe and help crack the case in time for the party?

The Barnyard Friends are counting on you!

Minimum of 10 paying guests/Maximum of 125 total Participants (Students, Parents, & Teachers). If your group is expected to be larger than 125, please split your group and book two separate times on the same day. You all may arrive at the same time and play or eat lunch while waiting on your tour to begin.

Tour Includes:

• Presentation about how agriculture is changing and the importance of technology in agriculture
• Intro to QR Code & Mapping Technology: A hands-on explanation of how QR codes and digital mapping are used and how technology can be applied in real-world farming.
• QR Code & Map Adventure: A high-tech scavenger hunt where guests use their own mobile devices to scan QR codes, follow guided prompts, and navigate the farm to solve clues and complete the quest.
• A clue book (for marking down suspects, and locations)
• One Scoop of Ice Cream or Water
• Activity Book per student
• Hands on activity for participants to do back in the classroom to reinforce lessons learned
• Just for Teachers: Pre and Post Tour activities to reinforce tour activities.

All tours include access to Pawpaw Carl’s Playground and Picnic Area for participants to enjoy before or after their tour.
