Road Construction Notice: April 6 - July 31, 2026
From April 6 through July 31, 2026, construction will be underway to replace the existing bridge over Kerr Creek on Caldwell Rd. During this time, Patterson Farm Market & Tours will not be accessible via Millbridge Rd. The farm will remain OPEN throughout the construction period.
Please use the alternative directions below to reach the farm:
From NC Hwy 150 (Mooresville Rd):
Guests traveling via NC Hwy 150 can continue to turn at the intersection of NC Hwy 150 and Caldwell Rd to access Patterson Farm.
From Millbridge Rd:
Guests who typically travel via Millbridge Rd will need to reroute and enter through the intersection of NC Hwy 150 and Caldwell Rd.

Tuesdays are Senior Day! Guests 55+ will receive 10% off purchases.

Spring Fun on the Farm includes access to Pawpaw Carl’s Playground — a one-of-a-kind farm play space featuring giant slides, climbing areas, interactive games, and creative hands-on stations. Kids can explore, imagine, and burn off energy while parents relax and enjoy the open-air setting.
Step into the barnyard to meet friendly farm animals including cows, goats, chickens, pigs, and peacocks. Explore Agmagination, our one-of-a-kind interactive agriculture career pretend play station where kids can step into the boots of farmers, veterinarians, and agricultural professionals through hands-on role play.
Pack a picnic or grab a sweet treat from our market — including our famous homemade ice cream.
It’s a full day of fresh air, movement, and memory-making.
