Patterson Farm Market & Tours is a family-owned agritourism destination in Mt. Ulla, NC focused on creating memorable experiences for families through agriculture, food, and fun.

We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to help lead and grow our expanding food operations, including donuts, ice cream, concessions, pizza, and future seasonal offerings.

This is not your typical restaurant management position. Our food & beverage team is a major part of the guest experience at Patterson Farm. From Pick your own strawberries in the spring to busy fall weekends to other seasonal events, this role helps create experiences and traditions that families remember year after year.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in fast-paced environments, is organized, and adaptable, as well as communicates well with both staff and leadership. We need someone who takes initiative, ownership, enjoys building systems and improving operations, and is excited to help us continue growing this department

The ideal candidate understands that successful operations require both strong leadership and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

This position is hourly and year-round, with highly demanding peak seasons during spring and fall. During slower seasons, hours may be reduced while focusing on planning, systems, inventory, training, and preparation for upcoming events and seasons.

While food service and management experience is strongly preferred, we are ultimately looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, eager to learn, and excited about helping Patterson Farm continue to grow.
