From April 6 through July 31, 2026, construction will be underway to replace the existing bridge over Kerr Creek on Caldwell Rd. During this time, Patterson Farm Market & Tours will not be accessible via Millbridge Rd. The farm will remain OPEN throughout the construction period.
Please use the alternative directions below to reach the farm:
From NC Hwy 150 (Mooresville Rd):
Guests traveling via NC Hwy 150 can continue to turn at the intersection of NC Hwy 150 and Caldwell Rd to access Patterson Farm.
From Millbridge Rd:
Guests who typically travel via Millbridge Rd will need to reroute and enter through the intersection of NC Hwy 150 and Caldwell Rd.

Patterson Farm has been growing strawberries for over 50 years. For 2025, we have 72 acres of strawberries in production. Strawberry availability is dependent on the weather and crop conditions.

Here at Patterson Farm Market & Tours, we are passionate about agricultural education and love welcoming students, teachers, as well as their parents to the farm! If your school allows parents to attend with field trips, you are welcome to go ahead and purchase your field trip ticket using this booking link.
