The market is open Monday – Wednesday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Thurs.-Fri.: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

We are located at 10390 Caldwell Road, Mount Ulla, NC 28125.
We require guests to wear masks when checking in, shopping in our market or purchasing items from staff members, visiting our barnyard, and using the public restrooms. Masks and social distancing are also REQUIRED to ride the hayride. When visiting around the farm, please also wear your mask if you are within 6 feet of others not in your household. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in certain areas to help with social distancing. Thank you for your cooperation as we comply with the current guidelines.

• Tuesdays are Senior Citizens Days. Anyone over the age of 55 will receive 10% off of their purchase.
Due to COVID-19, we ask you to DO NOT enter the building if you have or have had in the past 72 hours, a cold, fever, and /or cough. If you have been an area of high risk for COVD-19, traveled internationally, or been in contact with anyone begin evaluated for COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks, please DO NOT enter the market. Call us at 704-797-0013 and we will gather your order and deliver them to you via curbside service.
If you are in an at-risk age demographic, or just want to limit your public exposure, please call and we will be glad to take your payment over the phone and bring your items to your vehicle so that you do not have o enter the market.
We have been and will continue to, proactively monitor updates from local, state, and national health officials, CDC, and WHO. The situation is fluid and we will remain flexible in our approach to ensure that we are protecting our employees and customer.

Patterson Farm Market & Tours, Inc is the farm retail market for Patterson Farm. Our Market specializes in fresh-from-the-farm fruits and vegetables. In the spring we grow and sell strawberries. We also offer pick-your-own strawberries here at the Market. During the summer we grow and sell tomatoes, bell peppers, long green cucumbers, and corn. We sell tomatoes by the pound or by the 25-pound box. Our canning tomatoes are a customer favorite. We are a one-stop-shop for canning, we have everything from jars, to preserving kits, to pectin.
During the Fall our farm grows and sells pumpkins. From late November through December we grow poinsettias in our greenhouses.
Our Market also offers a variety of other fresh local produce such as zucchini, squash, cantaloupe, and corn.
Not only do we carry produce, but the Market offers many jams, jellies, preserves, and sauces made from Patterson Farm strawberries and tomatoes. We offer local honey, which is great for seasonal allergies.
We have all your breakfast necessities here at the Market. We sell fresh eggs from our own ducks and chickens. We carry fresh milk from Homestead Creamery which has no artificial hormones and bottled in environmentally friendly glass bottles. We offer country ham, sausage, livermush, and bacon from Mclaughlin’s and Alexander’s.
For the kids, we have a variety of educational and farming toys.
Don’t forget… We always have hand-dipped ice cream!
