From April 6 through July 31, 2026, construction will be underway to replace the existing bridge over Kerr Creek on Caldwell Rd. During this time, Patterson Farm Market & Tours will not be accessible via Millbridge Rd. The farm will remain OPEN throughout the construction period.

From NC Hwy 150 (Mooresville Rd):
Guests traveling via NC Hwy 150 can continue to turn at the intersection of NC Hwy 150 and Caldwell Rd to access Patterson Farm.
From Millbridge Rd:
Guests who typically travel via Millbridge Rd will need to reroute and enter through the intersection of NC Hwy 150 and Caldwell Rd.

Patterson Farm Market & Tours, Inc. is the farm retail market for Patterson Farm. Our Market specializes in fresh-from-the-farm fruits and vegetables. In the spring we grow and sell strawberries. We also offer pick-your-own strawberries here at the Market. During the summer we grow and sell tomatoes, bell peppers, long green cucumbers, and corn. We sell tomatoes by the pound or by the 25-pound box. Our canning tomatoes are a customer favorite.

Patterson Farm Market Specials
Tuesdays are Senior Citizens Days. Anyone over the age of 55 will receive 10% off of their purchase.
During the Fall our farm grows and sells pumpkins. From late November through December we grow poinsettias in our greenhouses.
Our Market also offers a variety of other fresh local produce such as zucchini, squash, cantaloupe, and corn.
Not only do we carry produce, but the Market offers many jams, jellies, preserves, and sauces made from Patterson Farm strawberries and tomatoes. We offer local honey, which is great for seasonal allergies.
We have all your breakfast necessities here at the Market. We sell fresh eggs from our own ducks and chickens. We carry fresh milk from Homestead Creamery which has no artificial hormones and bottled in environmentally friendly glass bottles. We offer country ham, sausage, livermush, and bacon from Alexander’s.
For the kids, we have a variety of educational and farming toys.
Don’t forget… We always have hand-dipped ice cream!
